hello, i will like to know about a good book or anything for that matter. That explains more in detail about a computer’s hardware and software. Im not looking for a book that just explains what each part does. For example, i will like to read a book that explains the parts of the processor and other parts of the computer.

Honestly, you should just try wikipedia, I’ve basically learned everything from there. Start at something very general like “computer processor” or something like that, and just keep following links you’re interested in. I’ve spent hours going through multiple tabs of links on the same subject xD. Of course a book with everything together may be better, but I found wikipedia very useful and effective.

Generally speaking 3-5 years is the appropriate time for an upgrade, but the equipment will most likely last for much longer than that. Anywhere up to 20 years.
Save your hardware? Who the hell wants a Pentium II right now? I know I don’t.
