The color is mostly due to the lowering of the saturation.

I truly want to know cuz I hav been trying to discover out how to do it for ages! I’ve downloaded Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 and GIMP !? How to make them on these 2 programs? PLZZ

I don’t know about Gimp but you cannot animate on Paint Shop Pro! :(
