I would like to create my own Windows 7 themes to use and share. I want to develop themes with custom backgrounds, taskbar style, buttons and the themes you can use if the theme files are patched. I utilized Vista Glazz to enable the custom themes to run in Windows 7. How can I create my own and are they hard to make.

I’m attempting to figure out how to install Windows 7 themes. I can get the background and window colors proper, but the customizations are not working. The window styles and desktop menus are not changing like the screenshots say they’re suppose to.

Does any individual know the step by step directions on how to install 3rd Party Windows 7 themes?
